For orders made during the Black Friday and festive period (17th November - 25th December), we are running an extended returns policy: we will accept returns up to 60 days after you receive your order.
If you’re unhappy with your order and would like to make a return, please contact our customer service team at shop@grind.co.uk with your order number.
Please note that any items from our Bean & Ground Coffee range cannot be returned to us unless delivered incorrectly or damaged in transit. This is because of the perishable nature of those products.
We accept the return of our non-coffee products and our pods within 30 days of them being received. However, we only accept the return of goods in perfect condition, unopened and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to withhold a refund at any time, unless the product was damaged in transit.
Please bear in mind that all returns costs must be covered by the customer.
If you are returning your order and you received any of our Black Friday free gifts, these must be included in your return in order for you to receive a full refund.
