The Grind Two comes with a one year guarantee and if you ever have any issues, we'll repair it ourselves in London. You can check out our warranty information here.
1. Fill the water tank with filtered water. Turn the machine on and wait for the lights to stop flashing (it's heating up).
2. Push the handle upwards and insert your coffee pod. Hopefully you're using one of our compostable ones.
3. Pull down the handle.
4. Press the 'Short Pour' button for a classic espresso shot, or the 'Long Pour' button for a longer, more diluted shot of coffee.

Frequently Asked Questions
We took everything we learnt from the Grind One and rebuilt our coffee pod machine with new technology that delivers even better results. Firstly, the Grind Two has a pre-infusion feature that starts the coffee brewing process before the main pour, extracting maximum taste from the pod. The machine then has 20 bars of pressure, more than the Grind One, to squeeze every drop for a full body and rich taste. We’ve also installed a flow metre to carefully control the pour so that you get the perfect amount of coffee for your long or short shot.
We tested this machine a lot. We’re talking 10,000 cycles closely monitored so that we can guarantee that this is a machine that’s built to last, serving high-quality coffees day after day.
We also gave it a bit of a makeover: it’s even shinier, made using polished chrome plating, and has sleek Grind design accents in our signature pink.
We'd unsurprisingly suggest using our compostable coffee pods in your Grind Two Machine, but it is compatible with all original-style Nespresso® coffee pods. Please note this does not include Nespresso® Vertuo pods.
Unfortunately not. This is due to a patent Nespresso® have on the design.
1. Switch off the machine using the front switch, remove the drip tray and any pods from the machine, and clean the exterior of the machine with a damp cloth.
2. Fill the water tank with descaler and 500ml water.
3. Place a large glass under the spout and, with the long button held, turn the machine on with the front switch. Keep the button held until the machine begins to run. The brewing buttons will flash and when the water output reaches 300ml, it will automatically end and enter standby mode.
4. Fill the tank with fresh water and run six cups through the machine to clear its contents and any residual descaler. If you're using filtered water in your machine (which we recommend), we'd advise you to descale your machine every 1,000 brew cycles. If you are using unfiltered water, we'd advise you to descale every 500 brew cycles.
