We want this to be your forever machine so if it breaks, we'll repair it ourselves in London.

Just so you know, your email will not be used for Marketing emails unless you've already used this email to sign up for marketing.

- If you're having any issues with your Grind One Machine please contact our customer experience team at shop@grind.co.uk.
- Please provide proof of purchase, including the date of purchase and the order confirmation/receipt when getting in touch with us.
- We may require you to return the broken/defective machine (or parts) for us to look into this further and/or for repair purposes.
- All costs associated with transporting and shipping the machine will be covered by Grind within the one year warranty period.
