Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the Grind x British Airways 2026 Competition promotion (the "Promotion"). By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms.
Official promotional materials relating to the Promotion, including information published by the Promoter explaining how to enter, form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional materials or advertising relating to the Promotion, these Terms shall prevail.

1. The Promoter
The Promoter is Grind Coffee Roasters Limited (company number 12257877) whose registered office is at Telephone House, 69 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NG (the "Promoter").
2. Eligibility
2.1 The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over who have internet access.
2.2 The Promotion is not open to employees, contractors, representatives, agents, officers or directors of the Promoter, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, marketing agencies, or any immediate family members or persons living in the same household as such individuals, whether related or not, or anyone otherwise professionally connected with the Promotion.
2.3 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any entrant and may require proof of identity, age, residence, address and purchase before awarding the Promotional Prize.
2.4 The Promoter may withhold the Promotional Prize pending verification. If a winner is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Promotional Prize and select an alternative winner at random from all remaining eligible entries.
3. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
"Promotion Opening Time" means 00:01 (UK time) on 1 October 2026.
"Promotion Closing Time" means 23:59 (UK time) on 30 November 2026.
"Promotional Period" means the period between the Promotion Opening Time and the Promotion Closing Time.
"Promotional Products" means a promotional pack of Grind x British Airways House Blend Ground Coffee, 200g or a Grind x British Airways boarding pass included in a Grind online order.
"Promotion Entry Webpage" means the webpage designated by the Promoter for entry into the Promotion, the details of which will be communicated via the QR code displayed on the Promotional Products.
"Promotion Participating Retailer" means any retailer listed in Appendix A and any additional retailer designated by the Promoter during the Promotional Period.
"Wrap Up Draw Date" means 31 December 2026.
"Promotional Prize" means the prize described in Section 6.
4. How to Enter
4.1 The Promotion will run during the Promotional Period only.
4.2 To enter the Promotion, entrants must:
a) Purchase a Promotional Product from a Promotion Participating Retailer or purchase a product via Grind.co.uk, in each case during October 2026, being the active month of the Promotion. Entrants who purchase during October 2026 will have a grace period of one additional month, up to the Promotion Closing Time, in which to submit their entry; and
b) Scan the QR code displayed and complete the entry form on the Promotion Entry Webpage.
4.3 Entry is free once a Promotional Product has been purchased.
4.4 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries which are incomplete, illegible, corrupted, delayed, misdirected, lost or otherwise not received during the Promotional Period for any reason.
4.5 Promotional Products are available while stocks last and subject to availability.
5. Entry Restrictions
5.1 Each entrant may submit a maximum of one entry per person per day during the Promotional Period.
5.2 To enter, entrants must provide:
- First name;
- First letter of surname; and
- Valid email address.
5.3 Entries generated by script, macro, automated means or bulk entry services are prohibited and will be disqualified.
5.4 Multiple entries submitted through agents, third parties, organised groups or automated methods will not be accepted.
5.5 Multiple entries using different email addresses, accounts or other methods intended to circumvent the entry limits may be disqualified.
5.6 Entrants should retain their original purchase receipt until the winner has been confirmed and the Promotional Prize has been awarded, as proof of purchase may be required to validate an entry.
5.7 The selected winner must provide a valid purchase receipt as proof of purchase in order to claim the Promotional Prize. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and selection of an alternative winner.
6. Promotional Prize
6.1 There will be one winner.
6.2 The winner will receive one Promotional Prize consisting of:
- Return economy-class flights for two people from London Heathrow to São Paulo, Brazil;
- Seven days and six nights' accommodation for two people sharing one room at Grind's chosen hotel in São Paulo;
- £500 spending money provided via prepaid Mastercard;
- A pre-booked coffee tasting experience.
6.3 All other costs and expenses not expressly stated as included form no part of the Promotional Prize, including but not limited to:
- Airport transfers;
- Travel insurance;
- Additional meals and beverages;
- Personal spending;
- Visas;
- Vaccinations; and
- Any incidental expenses.
6.4 No cash alternative to the Promotional Prize will be offered and the Promotional Prize is non-transferable.
6.5 Flights are subject to availability and the Promoter's discretion. Preferred travel dates requested by the winner may not be available.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
7.1 One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotional Period using a random computer process.
7.2 The winner will be contacted by email using the email address provided on entry within two weeks of the Promotion Closing Time.
7.3 If the winner does not respond and claim the Promotional Prize within two weeks of being contacted, the Promotional Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
7.4 Entrants who are not selected will not be contacted.
7.5 The Promoter may request additional information necessary for fulfilment of the Promotional Prize.
7.6 It is the entrant's responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date contact details.
7.7 The Promoter accepts no responsibility where incorrect contact details prevent delivery of the Promotional Prize.
8. Travel Conditions
8.1 Flight tickets provided as part of the Promotional Prize are subject to British Airways' Guest of British Airways (GOBA) Terms and Conditions set out in Appendix B of these Terms, as well as BA’s general conditions of carriage.
8.2 The Promoter and British Airways accept no responsibility for flight cancellations, delays or schedule changes arising from circumstances outside their reasonable control.
8.3 Winners are responsible for checking departure and arrival information before travelling.
8.4 The winner and guest are responsible for ensuring they hold valid passports and obtaining any necessary visas, vaccinations or travel documentation.
8.5 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any element of the Promotional Prize with an alternative of equal or greater value where circumstances outside its control make this necessary.
9. Data Protection and Publicity
9.1 Any personal information provided in connection with the Promotion will be processed in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy available at:

9.2 Personal information must be truthful, accurate and not misleading.
9.3 The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who provides false or misleading information.
9.4 The Promoter may publish or make available the winner's first name and surname initial in order to demonstrate that a valid award of the Promotional Prize has taken place.
9.5 Entrants who object to such disclosure should contact hello@grind.co.uk at the time of entry. The Promoter may nevertheless provide winner information to regulators where legally required.
9.6 Requests for winner information must be submitted to hello@grind.co.uk within three months of the Wrap Up Draw Date.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10.2 Subject to clause 10.1, the Promoter, its agents, suppliers and distributors shall not be liable for any loss, damage, liability, injury, cost or disappointment suffered in connection with participation in the Promotion or use of the Promotional Prize.
10.3 Statutory rights are not affected.
11. General
11.1 By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by:
a) These Terms;
b) The Grind website terms of use available at https://grind.co.uk/pages/terms; and
c) The Grind Privacy Policy available at https://grind.co.uk/pages/privacy.
11.2 Entries that fail to comply with these Terms may be disqualified.
11.3 The Promoter's decision regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final.
11.4 The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, withhold the Promotional Prize or disqualify any entrant where it reasonably believes these Terms have been breached or where fraudulent, misleading or unfair conduct has occurred.
11.5 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for technical failures, website interruptions, communication failures or any other circumstances that prevent participation in the Promotion.
11.6 Once the Promotional Prize has been fulfilled, the Promoter shall have no further responsibility in relation to it.
11.7 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, postpone or cancel the Promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
11.8 The Promotion and these Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11.9 The use of pre-paid Mastercard services is subject to the Terms and Conditions, which can be accessed at https://www.revolut.com/legal/terms/.

The Promoter reserves the right to add or remove participating retailers during the Promotional Period.
Appendix B - Appendix B – British Airways GOBA Terms and Conditions.
British Airways reserves the right to verify eligibility for the Guest of British Airways ticket.
This agreement covers 2 return flight (economy class) tickets for travel between London Heathrow and São Paulo, Brazil.
Guests under 18, children and infants will not be eligible for these tickets.
The tickets are for mainline BA network and flights only. Travel on BA Franchise, code share or alliance partner airlines is not included in this agreement.
To book please complete the attached booking form and send to guestofba@ba.com. All travel is subject to availability and capacity control.
Flights must be booked at least 30 days prior to intended departure date following the instructions provided and in combination with these Terms and Conditions.
Allocation is as agreed in your contract and must be used/completed by 31 December 2027.
The ticket agreement is valid as per your individual contracted agreement and all travel must be completed within these dates. Subject to availability.
Confirmation of the booking will be sent to the person requesting your flight/ticket as soon as possible or at least 7 days prior to the departure date requested.
Once a booking is confirmed it will be ticketed and e-tickets advised.
Flights will be inventory controlled and subject to availability and capacity control; therefore, access during school holidays and major sporting and cultural events will be restricted. BA reserves the right to limit the number of seats made available on any flight; and, it is possible that seats allocated for Guest tickets on a particular flight may be fully booked even though seats may show available for sale on www.ba.com. BA does not accept any responsibility in the event we are unable to book your preferred flight(s).
Once booked these flights are non-changeable, non-transferable and cannot be upgraded. No cash or credit alternatives are offered.
All third-party terms and conditions apply.
You as the traveller is responsible for supplying valid passports, visas and travel documents. BA recommends that all passengers consider travel and medical insurance prior to commencing their journey.
These terms and conditions apply to all travellers on the booking.
All travel on BA flights is subject to BA’s general conditions of carriage for passengers and baggage (see www.ba.com ) and the notice and conditions of contract contained on each e-ticket or itinerary.
Flights cannot be used in conjunction with Avios, any other discount, discount coupon(s) or voucher(s), promotion(s) or special offer(s) by BA or jointly with any other organisation, bonus, awards or certificates.
BA reserves the right to cancel or amend without notice the terms of this GOBA agreement and any tickets issued in the event of major catastrophe, war, earthquake or any actual or anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other circumstance beyond the airlines’ control.
