Toasted Marshmallow Vanilla Latte Recipe

Sweet, toasty, tasty. You're going to love this one.

If you love s'mores, remember the Marshmallow Fluff hype, and think the question "would you like marshmallows on top?" shouldn't just apply to hot chocolates, then this recipe is for you. It's super creamy, a little sweet, and very, very cosy.

We use vanilla syrup in this recipe, but if you want something a little less sweet and a bit more subtle, use our Vanilla Coffee Pods. Like all of our flavoured coffee pods, these combine our speciality-grade House Blend coffee with just the right amount of flavour and no sugar.

And if you're making this marshmallow vanilla latte as a holiday treat (which we strongly encourage), try it with our limited edition Christmas Blend coffee, a single-origin Guatemalan medium roast with festive notes of orange, toasted almond, and dark chocolate. Available as coffee pods or whole bean and ground coffee.

Toasted Marshmallow Vanilla Latte Ingredients

Makes 1 serving.

x2 Grind coffee pods (use our Vanilla Coffee Pods for an extra hit or to skip the syrup) OR 18g Grind House Blend whole bean/ground coffee

20ml vanilla syrup

150-200ml milk of choice

2-3 toasted marshmallows

How to Make a Marshmallow Vanilla Latte

3 easy steps to make your new favourite treat at home.

Step 1

Brew a double shot of coffee using coffee pods or ground coffee and stir in the vanilla syrup.

Step 2

Heat and froth your milk using a milk frother (we have a great one) or on the hob, and add it to your coffee.

Step 3

Lightly toast your marshmallows—you can do this by microwaving them for a few seconds, on a gas hob, or even with a tea light—and use them as a garnish.
