Strawberries and Cream Iced Latte Coffee Recipe

Wimbledon season has arrived. That can only mean one thing: it’s strawberries and cream time. Inevitably, we’ve turned everyone’s favourite Wimbledon snack into an iced coffee recipe. It’s kind of our thing.

For those of us tuning in to watch in amazement as the ball girls and ball boys race around the court with a level of stealth only known to MI6 agents, and for those who are actually watching the tennis players, here’s how to make a Strawberries and Cream Iced Latte at home using Grind’s speciality coffee.

Strawberries and Cream Iced Latte Ingredients

What you'll need.

For the latte:

• 2 Grind Vanilla Coffee Pods (or, if you prefer to brew it yourself, 150ml of brewed coffee using our Ground or Whole Bean Coffee)
• Ice (would be extra cool if you used the Grind Ice Cube Tray)
• 200ml milk 

For the strawberry cream: 

• 1 tbsp strawberry jam
• 60ml double cream
• 30ml milk
• Chopped fresh strawberries to top

How to Make a Strawberries and Cream Iced Latte

Our quick and easy recipe. 

Step 1  

Make a double shot of coffee using two Grind Vanilla Coffee Pods, or freshly brew 150ml of coffee with your favourite brewing tool (ours is a Cafetière). If you have time, leave it to cool.  

Step 2

While your latte cools, whisk the strawberry jam, double cream, and milk for 5–10 seconds until the consistency has thickened. We did this using our Milk Frother. 

Step 3

Fill a nice glass or cup (cute cups make drinks taste nicer, everyone knows that) with ice cubes. If you don’t want to dilute your coffee too much and want an extra caffeine boost, pre-fill your ice tray with brewed coffee. 

Step 4

Pour the coffee into the glass, on top of your ice cubes. 

Step 5

Add around 200ml (or to taste) of cold milk to your glass, and give it a good stir. Add more iced if necessary. 

Step 6

Pour your strawberry cream on top of your latte and give it a gentle stir to blend. Then top it with chopped fresh strawberries.
