Cooking with Grind: Scrambled egg and stemmed broccoli

We miss serving the food, just as much as you miss eating it. So during isolation, we've put together some simplified versions of our very own recipes for you to make at home. Today we're making Scrambled eggs, stemmed broccoli, chili and feta from our menu.

Scrambled Eggs, Stemmed Broccoli, Chili, Feta.

Ingredients:

45g - Stemmed Broccoli, halved/Or regular broccoli diced
3 - eggs, scrambled
1 - Grilled flour tortilla/Or bread
1g - Coriander
15g - Feta
2g - Radish, sliced
2g - Red chili, sliced


How to make it:
1. Heat up the pan and add butter to grease the pan, when melted, crack the eggs into the pan and stir continuously - scramble until soft.
2. Please the eggs into a bowl to stand.
3. Sauté the broccoli, and cook until al dente.
4. Once cooked, place the broccoli over the eggs, then top with garnishes of coriander, chili, radish, and feta.
- Serve with the grilled flour tortilla/bread on the side.
