Taking inspiration from the traditional dessert, Affogato, this cocktail encompasses the taste of a creamy Cornetto ice cream with the kick of an indulgent coffee.
To start, add 35ml vodka, 25ml Frangelico and 50ml brown sugar to your shaker or airtight container and leave to one side.
Take a tall glass and fill it halfway with milk. We're using oat milk, but you can use whichever milk you prefer.
Leave the glass to cool on one side, then fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
Using a sieve, or the lid of your airtight container, strain into the glass to create a gradient effect.
Rinse and repeat.
