Grind One, Our Nespresso® Compatible Coffee Pod Machine
Inspired by the Italian espresso machines we use every day in our London cafés, Grind One is built to last—an antidote to the mass-market plastic machines that are destined for landfill. Made in partnership with our friends at Sjöstrand in Stockholm.
Compatible with Grind coffee pods, and all other original style Nespresso® capsules. Does not fit Nespresso® Vertuo pods.
With 19 bars of pressure, the Grind One coffee pod machine is designed to get the very best from our Nespresso® compatible coffee pods for a fuller-bodied coffee and a perfect crema.
Clean, minimal, and built to last.

Frequently Asked Questions
We'd unsurprisingly suggest using our compostable coffee pods in your Grind One Machine, but it is compatible with all original-style Nespresso® coffee pods. Please note, this does not include Nespresso® Vertuo pods.
Unfortunately not. This is due to a patent Nespresso® have on the design.
If you're using filtered water, we'd recommend descaling your machine every three months. If you're using unfiltered water, then we would recommend descaling more often than this.
You can use any descaling solution available at most local stores, but please do not use vinegar as it could damage the machine.
Read the safety instructions on the descaler packaging and be careful when handling it near the machine: it's abrasive and can damage the surface.
There's a descaling alarm that will trigger after 1,200 uses, where the lights will flash before the machine starts to heat. You can reset the machine by running the descaling function. Here's how to do that:
1) Remove any pods from the machine, as well as the drip tray, and clean the exterior of the machine with a damp cloth.
2) Fill the water tank with your descaler and half a litre of water. Make sure it's fully dissolved if you're using a powder descaler.
3) Place a large glass under the nozzle, make sure the lever is down, and press and hold both buttons for three seconds. At this point the machine will begin to flash, and you need to press one of the pour buttons to activate the descaling. The machine will run all the contents of the tank through. Repeat this twice.
4) Fill the tank with water and run six cups through the machine to clear its contents and any residual descaler.
5) Once complete, press either of the pour buttons twice to exit the process.
