Add Grind House Blend espresso and brown sugar together and mix, then leave the mix to cool in the fridge for 1 hour.
Add the coffee mix, Jameson Caskmates and Tia Maria to a shaker and shake thoroughly to mix.
Double strain into a glass.
Wash your shaker and add Baileys Cream and ice.
Double strain over a teaspoon to create a layer of cream.
Finish with a single coffee bean to garnish.
