When opted in to Grind Rewards you will earn 1 point for every £1 spent in Grind locations, through the Grind app and online through the Grind website. 

You must download the app or opt into the Rewards programme via your account to be able to start earning points. It will not be possible to earn points on an orders placed prior to joining the Rewards programme.

Maximum points.

The maximum number of points you can earn, or have as the total in your balance, is 350 points. Once you reach 350 points, you will be unable to earn more points until you redeem some of your existing points.

The maximum number of points you can redeem in one transaction is 175 points.

Points will always be rounded down to the nearest whole number.

Points are non-transferrable and cannot be shared with friends and family or transferred to a different account.

Subscription customers will only get their welcome points (10 points) when downloading the app as of 14th November.

Coffee Rewards.

Points can only be redeemed for hot drinks, espresso martins, Nespresso® compatible Pod Taster Packs (10 pods) and Bean/Ground Taster Packs (227g). There is no monetary value for your points. 

Points will not be earned when purchasing a gift-card or gift subscription. 

Points are linked to the email address you have opted into Grind Rewards with. If you have a Grind subscription, you will need to make sure you're opted in with the same email address linked to your subscription, to ensure your earning points on online orders. 

If you receive a refund, on a purchase that you earned points, the points earned will be deducted from your balance.

Hot drinks and Espresso martinis can only be redeemed from a Grind location (this excludes Brewdog Waterloo). 

Nespresso® compatible Pod Taster Packs (10 pods) and Bean/Ground Taster Packs (227g) can only be redeemed through the Grind app or online. Orders may be subject to additional delivery charges.

Grind reserves the right to amend the point scheme at any time, or withhold customer's from earning or redeeming further points.

Investor Points.

Refreshing investor points cannot be redeemed online for Pod Taster Packs (10 pods) and Bean/Ground Taster Packs (227g). These points can only be redeemed in-store at our Grind locations for complimentary coffee/cocktails.
