A BIT ABOUT US by David / Kaz (owners)
We started Grind & Co in 2011, we wanted somewhere to hang out when we weren’t working - or even when we were - and could get a proper cup of coffee like in Melbourne, Kaz’s home town. We now have 7 locations across central and east London, each smashing out coffee, cocktails and food - day to night, and we have just opened our own coffee roastery in the heart of Shoreditch.
THE ROLE & WHAT IT’S ALL ABOUT?
It’s fair to say you’re going to be busy, things aren’t boring around here in our young and rapidly growing business.
You'll be in charge of our events, fielding incoming enquiries, working with our customers to create their events, and then communicating brilliantly with customers and colleagues to make sure that every detail of the event is executed perfectly.
You'll be the go to for partnerships, getting involved with our PR, brand and digital partners, and lots of other areas.
You will also be part of the Grind marketing department, helping to amplify the brand ahead of new site launches, drive footfall to our sites, planning and arranging our Black Card events program, and managing our App and Black Card loyalty scheme.
