P.S. We Love You

Earlier this year, we were challenged by our friends at Baileys and Bompas and Parr to brew up a signature cocktail for their #WhenCoffeeMetBaileys stand at the London Coffee Festival. We replied with the Baileys Grind Time, a warming mix of Baileys and bourbon, served hot. A few months on, we've teamed up again for the launch of Baileys Pumpkin Spice, to produce Twice as Nice as Pumpkin Spice, an autumnal concoction of milk and smoke over ice.

Twice as Nice as Pumpkin Spice

50ml Baileys Pumpkin Spice
15 ml Lagavulin
50ml full cream milk
15ml amaretto
Chocolate bitters

Build the Lagavulin, amaretto and bitters in a rocks glass full of ice, and stir to chill. Take a cocktail shaker, add the Baileys Pumpkin Spice and the milk, then add four to five cubes of ice and shake vigorously. Strain, pouring slowly onto the ice, serve and enjoy. We garnish with star anise, if you have it on hand.
